LONDON -- Roger Federer and Andy Murray are closing in on another Wimbledon final.Federer, a seven-time champion from Switzerland, is 34 and still looking to make history at the All England Club by winning a record eighth title. The 29-year-old Murray already made his mark in 2013, becoming the first British man to win Wimbledon since Fred Perry in 1936.The pair are on opposite sides of the draw, so if they win quarterfinals Wednesday, and then semifinals Friday, they would meet each other for the title Sunday.I hope I can win Wimbledon one more time, said Federer, who beat Murray in the 2012 final. That would be nice. That would also be an understatement. Both Pete Sampras and 1880s player William Renshaw have won seven Wimbledon titles, but no one has eight. The only male player at any Grand Slam tournament with that many is Rafael Nadal, who has won the French Open nine times.Federer will face ninth-seeded Marin Cilic in the quarterfinals, while Murray will take on Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. If Federer advances, he will equal Jimmy Connors record of 11 Wimbledon semifinal appearances. In the other mens quarterfinal matches, sixth-seeded Milos Raonic will face 28th-seeded Sam Querrey, and 2010 finalist Tomas Berdych will play Lucas Pouille.Querrey knocked defending champion Novak Djokovic out of the tournament in the third round.Heres a look at the four mens quarterfinal matches:FEDERER VS. CILIC: Federer is 5-1 against Cilic, but its the one loss that still hurts.Cilic routed Federer in straight sets in the U.S. Open semifinals in 2014, the last time the two players met on court. These things happen. Its OK to get blown off the court, Federer said. I never fully played freely in the match. But that was to his credit for just keeping cranking out serves and big returns.Cilic ended up winning his first major title at that tournament in New York. Hes hoping to reach the Wimbledon semifinals for the first time.MURRAY VS. TSONGA: Tsonga has twice reached the Wimbledon semifinals, including beating Federer in the 2011 quarterfinals.Murray, however, has beaten Tsonga in 11 of their last 12 matches, including four times on grass.I know Tsonga is one of the best grass court players in the world, said Murray, who is 6-2 in Wimbledon quarterfinals. If he plays well (and) Im not on my game, I can lose that match for sure.RAONIC VS. QUERREY: Querrey is playing the tournament of his life, reaching the quarterfinals of a major for the first time while beating top-ranked Djokovic along the way.I think he (Querrey) must be doing great things, said Raonic, who recovered from two sets down to reach the quarterfinals. Im sure he sent a message to other players, as well, that hes ready to play.Querrey beat Raonic at Wimbledon in 2012, when the Canadian was just 21. In 2014, Raonic advanced to the semifinals, where he lost to Federer.BERDYCH VS. POUILLE: Berdych is the only player left in the mens draw that wont have a rest day before the quarterfinals. The 10th-seeded Czech was forced to finish his fourth-round match against Jiri Vesely on Tuesday because play was suspended by darkness the night before. With the recovery, I think it was actually a good day to play a set. Its like a day of practice, Berdych said. Im quite used to it actually. Im doing it day by day, so thats fine.Pouille, a 22-year-old Frenchman, is playing in the second week of a major tournament for the first time. He had been 0-4 on grass heading into Wimbledon, but hes now 4-4.Before the tournament, Pouille said, (my goal) was to win one match on grass. Fake Nike Air Max 90 . TEMPE, Ariz. -- Carson Palmer is spending a lot of time on his back these days, on the green grass (or fake grass) behind the Arizona line of scrimmage. The Cardinals quarterback is trying to operate behind a patchwork offensive line and the results have sometimes been brutal.Continuity is always included as a crucial element to a strong offensive line. That was the case last season, when the Cardinals went 13-3.Looking back to last year, I think we got through most of the year with the same guys, Palmer said Wednesday. This year, its been the exact opposite. Its been different guys, different spots, different weeks, but thats the game.Last week in Atlanta, the line included two players who werent starters when the season began and a third who switched positions. Only left guard Mike Iupati and center A.J. Shipley are playing in the same spots. The line issues arent the only reason the Cardinals are 4-6-2, but they are a major contributor. The line was a problem at times last season and general manager Steve Keim thought he was taking steps to improve it.D.J. Humphries, the teams first-round draft pick a year ago, didnt play a down as a rookie but was installed at right tackle to start this season. The Cardinals signed Evan Mathis to play right guard and tutor Humphries. Shipley replaced Lyle Sendlein at center. The left side was set with Iupati at guard and Jared Veldheer at tackle.First, Mathis was lost for the season with an ankle injury. Then Iupati was out for a time with an ankle problem. Veldheer went on injured reserve with torn triceps. So enter John Wetzel, who had bounced around a few practice squads but never had played in an NFL game until he started at left tackle following Veldheers injury. Iupati returned and Earl Watford filled in at right guard. But Watford has been benched in the latest shakeup. Wetzel was moved to right guard, Humphries shifted to left tackle and Urlicek John was brought in to play right tackle. The 6-foot-5, 307-pound John was signed off of the Miami practice squad when Mathis was hurt in early October. A seveenth-round draft pick of Indianapolis out of Georgia State in 2014, his only was experience on an active roster before this year was two games in Miami last season.ddddddddddddHumphries has emerged as a bright spot. Called out publicly for his lack of maturity and effort early last season, the big lineman has developed nicely, Arians said. The switch to left tackle has been smooth, the coach said, because thats where Humphries played in college.I couldnt ask for any more out of him, Arians said. Hes run blocking extremely well, at a very high level. Hes had some ups and downs in pass protection, but overall very few mental errors and always gives a ton of effort.Humphries, Iupati, Shipley, Wetzel and John are not exactly a murderers row.But thats the lineup the Cardinals will again go with when they are home against Washington on Sunday.I expect them to play a full game like we played the first three quarters (against the Falcons), and hopefully not get in a position where were down two scores and have to throw it every down, Arians said.Fatigue was a problem late.Arians said Wetzel and John can avoid getting worn out by getting in shape. These guys havent played 60, 70 plays in a long time, he said.Arians thought the teams run blocking was good and the pass blocking mostly adequate, until late in the game.Still, Palmer was knocked around a lot the whole day. He was only sacked twice but was hit 10 times.Palmer, who turns 37 in four weeks, was asked if those poundings might be a factor when he makes his decision to retire.I dont know. Ill have to let you know, he said, adding dryly IF I get there.Game notes Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald didnt practice as a scheduled veterans day off. ... CB Patrick Peterson (knee), cornerback Justin Bethel (foot, knee), WR John Brown (illness) and TE Jermaine Gresham (illness) also did not practice.---For more NFL coverage: http://www.pro32.ap.org and http://www.twitter.com/AP-NFL.
